As a mother and business owner, it is imperative that I find ways to practice self care for myself and my child.

Today, I want to share with you to take time to plan a relaxing getaway with your child(ren). Help them to learn how to relax!
Practicing different ways of meditation can help your child to see which method(s) work best for them.
During this process, you will also learn more about your children that you otherwise would not have.
Keep an open-mind and listen twice as much as you speak!

Present Moment Worksheet You can add your own reflection questions as well that help you to think about the NOW. Not the end of school, not the end of quarter, not next month, not next week, or the weekend, not even tomorrow, practice focusing on the present.
