When will my order be processed?

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing for baked goods. It takes 3-5 business days for processing of apparel.

I need my cookies in two days, can you deliver them or have them shipped by then?

Give us a call and we can help you with Express Shipping. 

Place your order by Noon PST and your package will be delivered on the 2nd business day by 5:00 p.m to most businesses and to most residences by 7:00 p.m. for an extra $18.95 per item in addition to standard shipping charges.

What does my order support?

Your order supports Jalen's Giveback to provide books, clothes, shoes, and coats to kids in dire need. Each order also helps us to provide an opportunity to train kids in high poverty areas about business, leadership, financial literacy, integrity, good work ethics, we also work with schools for fundraising opportunities... How do I keep my cookies fresh?

Our cookies taste best when eaten within 4 days of receiving them, due to the fact that we do not use preservatives. To eat them at a later time, we recommend freezing them up to six months.

Does Jalen's Bakery have an affiliate program?

Yes, we do have an affiliate program that allows you to earn commissions by referring your family and friends to Jalen's Bakery.

How long does it take to receive my order?

It takes approximately 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipping can take 1-3 business days depending upon your location and your choice of shipping method during checkout. If you have not received your order within 9 days of placing your order, please give us a call. Expedited processing and shipping is available, please contact us.

For apparel: You can expect to receive your order within 14 business days.
