Become More of You

"To know thyself is the beginning of wisdom" -Socrates

Our thoughts and decisions are constantly being influenced by the people, things, and places that we surround ourselves with. So take time to break away from the expectations that others have for your life, let go of what others' may have to say about the decisions that you make for a moment, unplug from the influences of social media and tv... think about who it is that you want to be by answering these questions (add more if you'd like to get more specific).

How do you view yourself?

Do you consider yourself to be an honest person?

Do you view yourself as more of a leader or a follower?

What topics of conversation interests you most?

What does true happiness look like to you?

If you knew that you could not fail, what would you do?

What is holding you back from doing what you couldn't fail at? (refer to question above)

What is your biggest self-limiting belief?

Do you allow fear to hold you back? (common fears that keep people from living the life they desire - fear of success, fear of failure, fear of rejection, fear of the unknown, fear of change, fear of not being enough/worthy, fear of being judged)

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

What are you passionate about?

Do you consider yourself a generous person? (adding value to others is a great way to exercise the law of giving - the more you give the more you receive. A concept I learned by reading Deepak Chopra)

How is your relationship with money?

What is one problem that you see in the world, in your community, and in your home?

What can you do to help solve the problem in the previous question?

When you are no longer here on Earth, what do you want to be remembered for?

Who are the five people that you speak to the most? ("you become the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with" - Jim Rohn)

Who is your greatest role model?

Are there people in your life that bring you down, make you feel unworthy of success, hold you back from being your authentic self? If so, in what ways have you addressed/dissolved this concern?

In 5 and 10 years from now:

What does your life look like?

Which environments are you in?

What are your hobbies?

What does your success look like?

What goals have you achieved?

How many people have you positively impacted because you decided to live the life that you deserve?

What habits are you glad that you let go of?

What places have you traveled to?

What do you do in your spare time?

Understand that your confidence & happiness has to start within yourself, not outside influences. What you feel when you are alone, is who you are. The things you do when no one is around to either validate or criticize is who you are. Observe and reflect on your actions & intent as often as possible to become more of you.

Challenge: Be Free from Outside Influences and Discover Who You Are and What You Desire For Your Life.
