Vegan Ginger Pancakes Recipe

Makes 4-6 pancakes
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 3-5 minutes

3/4 cup water
2 T oil
2 1/4 T molasses
1 1/4 tsp vanilla
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground  nutmeg
 

Instructions

Mix all ingredients in one bowl, until slightly lumpy.

Pour desired amount of batter on prepared griddle & enjoy!
